Approximately 4 years ago, my husband was arrested for a DUI in California while we were on vacation. He was then released and not given a citation to appear. We thought that the case was dropped. Years later, as we visited California, we were stopped for a traffic ticket in Riverside, CA. The office...r looked up my husband's name and saw that he had an open warrant.
