I don't think I can find the words to describe Mr. Schank and what he did for my children and I. Nearly six years of my children and I being bullied in the courtroom. Every single road block stacked against us. Mr. Schank came into my case after four other attorney's did nothing but waste money. Mr. ...Schank got results. He was relentless and doesn't give up. He is ethical, smart, and I felt he really cared about my kids and I. If you have a high conflict case, where you keep getting stepped on, he is the attorney for you. I had not had a good night sleep for 6 years until Mr. Schank took over my case. My nightmares are over and my children for the first time are going to get to voice their opinion. Not only is Mr. Schank the best lawyer I have ever seen, his office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like a person when speaking with them and not a dollar sign. They assigned me a 4 year licensed attorney. There were so many words misspelled in my declaration. I complained to my attorney, he talked to me on the phone and asked me where to fix the misspellings, then they charged me 1 hour at attorney rate to fix the mistakes they made. A new attorney who did ...not read my case went with me to my court. While I asked supervised visitation for the abusive Dad, the new attorney told the judge that Mom understood how Dad missed the children.

I hired them to fight my custody case and paid over $6000 and saw no results. The custody resulted even worse. I had a young Asian girl representing me. She was very immature and spent most of her time arguing with me. I felt as if I hired a firm to fight against me. She believed the other party and ...tried falsely accusing me of hurting my daughter. I couldn't believe this. I gave up. These attorneys stressed me out and I gave up. It was a nightmare. I hope people read my review and decide to go elsewhere. Even representing yourself would be the best choice.

I have already referred Kim to several of my friends, and if i have any further issues i keep her card in my wallet. I dont want to go into detail of my case, but i will say that Kim knocked it out of the park. She got me the victory that my son and i needed. It was the best experience from beginning... to end. It seemed like everyone at the office was in contact and active in my behalf. For once, someone had my back in the courtroom. To top it off, the retainer was very fair and do-able. And to top it off some more, a third of the retainer was refunded, WOW !! Your not going to find a more honest professional team anywhere.
