True Blessing

I have a d.u.i. from 2005. I came to a point where I needed to fix my things from the past and started looking for someone that could help me. I live in Seattle WA and was looking for someone that could work with me. I contacted Sarah, and right away she reached out to me and we talked and I told her... about what was going on and told her my story. She told me she could help. We communicated back and forth and she was understanding and caring. She told me she would be able to help me and told me the things I needed to do. I didn't know what to expect, living in another state but she answered all my questions without hesitation. I knew she was the right lawyer for me and it worked out. Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or a better person to help me. I'm truly grateful that she's my lawyer and would definitely recommend her to anyone to get thing taken care of!!!

Saved my Life and Future Career

Best Lawyer in the Inland Empire. Sarah just saved my LIFE (literally) and my Career. I thought my dream of joining a Law Enforcement was over. I was suppose to goto the Academy Nov 29th of 2016 after waiting 2 years. I went to celebrate with a couple of friends. I was profiled by 2 Shady CHP Officer...s that were parked and hiding next to the bar. I was pulled over by the same CHP Officer months prior and he had no probable cause the first time, so he let me go without an incident. Recognizing my car again, he pulled me over with his Rookie Partner. The Rookie made me more nervous than I should of been. After seeing my Academy Jacket in the front seat, the Senior Officer made comments that I believed would of been recorded on their Dash cam and body cam, which I seen hanging on their shirts. Come to find out that they "Misplaced/deleted it". I passed the field sobriety test, but that was not enough for the Officer. The Rookie cop made me do the Breathalyzer 4 times do to making multiple errors and dropping the breathalyzer. Once he found out I was going to the Academy, he made racist remarks towards me, and laughed stating that he will make sure I do not attend my Academy date. I was then arrested WITHOUT my rights being read to me. The next day I received an email and phone call telling me my dream was over, along with harassing calls from this Senior Officer. He left me voicemails and calling me on his personal phone. Stating he was going to drive to my house, Contemplating the worse idea's towards myself. I decided to give Sarah a call. After explaing my situation, Sarah kept in touch and even Called that Officers Captain. The phone calls stopped. From Nov 16 2017 to even Today, Sarah has kept in contact with me Via Text and Phone calls. Fighting my situation, Sarah got my DUI conviction dropped all the way to just plain ol Reckless driving. So I do not have an Alcohol Offense on my record. After calling my Background Investigator and told him my situation and news. They are allowing me to re-apply in a year, instead of 5 years with a DUI. She said she will keep in contact and help me get this expunged off my record in 1.5 years. Sarah even went the extra mile to try and Save my license. Normally within 10 days, it's suspended. Sarah kept mine for almost 6 months. After losing the DMV hearing, because the DMV Officer believed this Racist CHP Officers bogus report. The DMV convicted me of DUI. I found out my License was going to be suspended. I went and got my SR-22 and waited in line at the DMV from 11am to almost 3:30pm. Depressed that I would have a DUI on my Driving Record for 10 years even though the court dropped it to Reckless, I felt hopeless. Waiting for my name to be called AGAIN, I spoke to the Manager of the DMV, and he told me since it's not a DUI conviction, I had 2 options. I could either get my restricted license which would fall off January 2018, drive from work and home, and do the DUI classes for 4 months. which would consist of still having two points on my record for 10 years and it stating it's a DUI. My second option was wait until Sept 30th and pay my reinstatement fee, and have my license back with no restrictions and they would not label it as a DUI OR RECKLESS Conviction. He even told me that it would be just a moving violation with would only be 1 point on my DMV record. Thank you SOOOOOO much Sarah for your help.
