We needed a rejection/turn down letter from the San Bernardino District Attorney for my husbands DUI arrest from a couple years ago. The DA told us that the only way for my husband to receive that letter would be for him to come in in person which is not possible for him at this time. I guess you can call my a high profile client because I’m a successful professional with a lot to lose if convicted of a criminal act. I was wrongfully accused of a crime that I did not commit. I was taken to jail booked and spent the night in there. I have never had any trouble with the law before this so that night scared the hell out of me. Once I bailed out I contacted several lawyers asking for help since I have never been in t...his situation before. Most of them seemed more interested in scaring me into just signing over my credit card information then actually figuring out my situation or asking if I was ok.
