On March 30,2008, my life was rocked. My daughters friend at the time made allegations of me touching her inappropriately. I was a 38 year old male in law enforcement for 13 years and never ever been in trouble. I have coach several diffrent sports and age groups all my life, from tee-ball to highsch...ool sports. Within the first few hours of the trial Mr. Scafiddi established Air Superiority, and as the trial went on, every time that the Prosecuting Attorney rose to speak, it looked as though a single-engine airplane was taking off to , once again, attempt to engage an F-18 Super Hornet. The mismatch was so clear, and while other Attorneys would have taken advantage of this on a daily, if not hourly basis, Mr. Scafiddi showed discretion, and instead picked his shots, much like a professional Boxer. It was clear that this tactic (and trait) won the compassion and admiration of the Jurors (which was stated by several of them at the end of the trial).
