MY DREAM TEAM

On March 30,2008, my life was rocked. My daughters friend at the time made allegations of me touching her inappropriately. I was a 38 year old male in law enforcement for 13 years and never ever been in trouble. I have coach several diffrent sports and age groups all my life, from tee-ball to highsch...ool sports. I was a nervous wreck, I couldnt believe this was happening to me. On September of 2008, I recieved a letter from The San Bernardino County District Attorneys Office, stating I was being charged with two serious felonies of sexual battery. I was looking at 9 years of state prison time and would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life. I didnt know where to start or what to do. My wife went online and by the grace of God found "The Law Office of Michael Scafiddi". I have no idea why a DUI specialist would want my case, but Michael took it. I met with Michael and he reassured me that everything was going to be ok but this was going to be a tough case. Michael teamed up with another amazing attorney named Gary Smith. These two juggernauts took my case head on with no holds bared. I was extremly impressed with there knowlegde, tenacious, and compassion. Michael is not only good at what he does, but he is a man of his word, a real down to earth humanbeing. On September 15. 2010, my Dream Team were able to get my felonies dropped. They saved my future, my career, my family! Thank you Michael, Gary and especially your staff. Special thanks to Pauly, Sara and Scott.

Top Notch Criminal Defense attorney

In June, of 2010 I was driving from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. I stopped at a Casino outside Vegas to gamble, and I had a few drinks. Halfway back to La, I was pulled over and arrested for a DUI. I had another DUI 9 years prior back in Florida, so I was looking at my 2nd DUI. After some initial ...research, I hired Michael Scafiddi’s office to represent me. They offered an affordable rate, and I had a good feeling right from the beginning. The staff is led by seasoned Criminal Defense attorney Michael Scafiddi. He sets the tone, and during the entire process, the staff who was very courteous, tenacious, informative, professional, and knowledgeable of my case. Ultimately, there were 2 superstar attorneys in the office who handled my case Ben and Sarah. Their strategic and quick thinking really payed off in the end result. I ended up getting charged as a 1st time DUI, and the outcome was very manageable. I’m absolutely convinced I would be looking at going to jail for 30 days, the DA’s recommendation, if I went with anyone other then Michael Scafiddi’s law firm. They helped me get my life back, and I’ll give them my highest recommendations any day of the week.

Best In The West!

When you look at the key traits of Top Attorneys (High degree of legal, knowledge, Outstanding oratory skills, Ethical, Responsive, Realistic Compassionate, Vigilant, Focused, Command or the courtroom, Powerful Associates, Bar Association Stature, Swagger, Fair billing and pricing, Highly efficient a...nd effective), Michael Scafiddi is, without a doubt, in abundant possession of all of the aforementioned traits! I am an Federal Executive and Senior Adjunct Professor that was, prior to meeting Mr. Scafiddi, looking at a very real possibility of holding neither of these Appointments. You see, back in 2008, I was charged with Driving Under the Influence, and in the toughest DUI county in California, Riverside County. The blood sample that was taken indicated that I was Over the Legal Limit, and the Field Sobriety Test Report indicated that I was Over the Legal Limit. Not Good! When you add the fact that I had wrecked my car on top of all of the other evidence against me, even my wisest friends advised me to save my time and money trying to fight the charges, plead Guilty and prepare myself for some serious Life and Career changes. Ten minutes into my first meeting with Mr. Scafiddi, I was reminded that, the last time he checked, in the United States, of which Riverside County is a member of, you are still Innocent until 'proven' Guilty, and that from where he sat, while he and I definitely had a tough road and fight ahead of us, as long as I agreed not to give up, his White Flag would remain buried in a box somewhere in his garage. He brought to bear a staff that is second to none, and Experts that schooled those brought forth by the State of California. He managed the Courtroom environment to the point of where I thought that I was watching the pilot of Law and Order. When he spoke, the Jurors seemed to stop taking notes since it was distracting them from watching a Master at work. Within the first few hours of the trial Mr. Scafiddi established Air Superiority, and as the trial went on, every time that the Prosecuting Attorney rose to speak, it looked as though a single-engine airplane was taking off to , once again, attempt to engage an F-18 Super Hornet. The mismatch was so clear, and while other Attorneys would have taken advantage of this on a daily, if not hourly basis, Mr. Scafiddi showed discretion, and instead picked his shots, much like a professional Boxer. It was clear that this tactic (and trait) won the compassion and admiration of the Jurors (which was stated by several of them at the end of the trial). Mr. Scafiddi successfully got my charged reduced to a far lesser charge that what I was facing. He then worked to get the Fines to the minimum, and the payment period extended to the maximum allowable degree. There was nothing more that I could have hoped for, and I will go to my grave knowing that he saved my career, and to some degree, my life. If you are reading this review, then you are where I was back in 2008; feeling scared, lost, ashamed, and worst of all, without hope. The best advice that I can give you is to call Mr. Scafiddi, make an appointment, sit with him, honestly tell him all of the facts, and then sit back and listen to what he has to say. I am certain that you will leave his office with a renewed spirit and well founded belief that your case is in the best legal hands possible. Best Wishes to you!
