In July 2010, I was put into jail after being accused of something I did not do. In searching for an attorney, as I needed someone who was seasoned at what needed to be done, I came across Michael's firm and made an appointment. In May of 2011, my husband and I received a call from our son who was living and working in California. He was in trouble with the police. He had been arrested and charged with a felony. That was a nightmare in itself, and adding to that was the fact that we live 3,000 miles away. We were beside... ourselves. Nothing such as this had ever happened in our family, and we were uncertain as to how to go about finding help for our son when he was so far away from home. Bailing him out of jail was impossible due to the incredible amount of money we would need. This proved to be good advice. Our son was represented in court by Sarah. She was in constant contact with us throughout this horrible ordeal. She understood not only what our son was going through, but also how difficult the situation was for us, his family. She felt strongly that we should “look at the glass half full”. In the end, Sarah was able to have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor. This journey is not over for our son. We came to realize that he was in dire need of help. Mr. Scafiddi was absolutely wonderful in finding a rehabilitation center for him. Since our son has been admitted to the rehab center, Mr. Scafiddi has been to visit him, has called us to report on his progress, and has continued to help us with the residual effects of our son’s mistakes. There are many good people in this world, but we have never encountered anyone like Michael Scafiddi. At one of the worst times in our lives, we have been truly blessed to find Mike and his amazing staff. We will forever be grateful to Mike, Sarah, and Scott for their hard work, diligence, honesty and kindness.

This guy is the real deal! He treated my case like it was his own, when i was stressing about the case he was always reassuring. He always spoke on my behalf and i never had to lift a finger for my case. In my case i had a .11 bac and blow test mike WON my dmv!!! (the guy at the dmv hearing said "you...r lucky you have a good lawyer").
