Mike dropped everything to be there for my son. Mike quickly understood the case law and told me he would take care of it. And he did! Attorney Scafiddi went above and beyond with my case. He was recommended to handle the DMV aspect of my case by my attorney handling the criminal side of my DUI charge . This alone took more than 10 hours and 5 sessions in the hearing office. His knowledge of the law and the DUI hearing process is... unsurpassed. Unfortunately despite his efforts the DMV still ruled against me. Based on the foundation laid during the hearing we filed a motion for a Writ as he felt I had a really strong case.
