I had received a DUI last year and was referred to Mr. Silva by a friend who had known Mr. Silva to be an excellent lawyer. I contacted his office and he was able to set up a meeting with me(it was supposed to be his day off but he came in to have the meeting anyway). He reveiwed my ticket and took d...etailed notes on my memory of the night. Afterwards Mr. Silva assured me hed get right to work on the case. In no time at all I had received the whole police report in the mail from Mr. Silva's office along with a letter informing me that he had obtained the dash cam recording, and that he wanted me to reveiw the video surveillance with him. Together we watched the video and read through the report and he came up with a plan the met with my approval. All and all Patrick Silva attended court on my behalf 5 times, meaning I didnt have to go into a courtroom once, which was a huge stress relief! In the end Mr. Silva had gotten the court to agree on a plea bargain for me. At the end of the case, I was still in debt to Mr. Silva's office and was also dealing with financial difficulties. Mr. Silva graciously waived the remaining fee, saving my family greatly! I recommend Patick Silva to anyone who is looking for a professional lawyer who truly cares about the people he represents.
