My son was on his 2nd DUI. I called and we spoke the same day. He explained everything. He gave my son instructions on what to do before his court date. His dui was dropped to wet reckless. No jail time. Yes, there were fees and dui classes which are doable. He always made me feel everything ...was under control and always answered my calls. My son's license was not suspended.
