Victory With Security Clearance Matter

Looking for help defending your security clearance by responding to a Statement of Reasons? Look NO FURTHER THAN EDMUNDS LAW FIRM! They are truly fantastic! In short, Alan Edmunds and his staff saved my 15 year career as a Civilian Government Contractor on a Navy account. I received an SOR in January... 2016 after filing two Chapter 13 bankruptcies inside of a 7 year period. I was absolutely panicked and convinced that I would not be able to sway the Government to see me as the good and trustworthy individual that I am, who has had a calamity of impactful events happen in my life. I thought I would lose my job and lose everything I have worked so hard for! After receiving several quotes from local law firms that were all ridiculously high, I found Edmunds online and read the great many positive reviews and success stories. I immediately called and spoke to Dennis Smith. He put my mind at ease right away and explained their process, the next steps and answered all of my questions. I hired them for half of what their competition charges! All of the documentation they produced, and all communications with me, were very helpful and professional. Alan Edmunds himself personally represented me, and defended my character using the whole person concept. I was extremely impressed with all of their efforts and their “can do” approach to my situation and case. The secret clearance we fought for was adjudicated as FAVORABLE!! I owe a debt of gratitude I could never repay to Alan Edmunds and the rest of his talented staff for saving my career so I can continue as the primary wage earner in my family. Civil Litigation

As a small business owner, I needed an attorney was knowledgable, experienced, and aggressive for my case. I retained the Edmunds Law Firm for my business involving civil litigation. Attorney Edmunds was a huge asset, he thought of solutions and took a very aggressive approach to our litigation, wh...ich resulted in a successful settlement. His advice and guidance was invaluable. I have recommended the firm to other business associates and they too have been satisfied with attorney Edmunds and his staff. Civil litigation can be very stressful and attorney Edmunds made the process affordable and brought about settlement when other lawyers could not. I would recommend this law firm to others without hesitation.

Security Clearance SOR

Contacted Edmunds Law Firm to help with a response to a Statement of Reasons for a security clearance application. My lawyer was always very prompt and courteous with his responses. He gave me a list of documents to assemble, formed the actual response using these documents, and sent it to the DODC...AF. My case was adjudicated favorable in about 3 months (I was told it would take 2-4 months). I highly doubt I would have received my clearance if I did not hire the Edmunds Law Firm. However, I will note that I was charged, in addition to the retainer, a small monthly fee for little things such as printing and sending documents. This seemed unnecessary, as I was already paying a retainer, and I feel that these costs should have been included in that retainer. Overall, I would highly recommend this law firm for any security clearance related matters.

POSITIVELY RECOMMEND!!!

As a single father and veteran, I can not say enough great things about this firm. Without giving away too much, the Edmunds Law Firm was able to give me a favorable verdict in obtaining custody of my daughters, while being affordable and mindful of my financial circumstances (they have military disc...ounts).
