Excellent assistance with Security Clearance.

I hired the Edmunds Law Firm to represent me in attaining my security clearance and respond to the Statement of Reasons. It was the best decision I could have made. My employer is new to doing classified work and after the SOR, I wasn’t sure how best to proceed. I contacted the Edmunds Law Firm a...nd Alan Edmunds himself walked me through the process. They are experts at this and they helped to request an administrative hearing and guided me through the process with clear steps. They expertly represented me in my hearing and I just found out my security clearance has been granted. I highly recommend Alan and his team. Great Job!!! - We Won

I was really pleased with the representation of Mr. Edmonds and his team. Initially, I thought I didn't need a lawyer but I was wrong. There was no way I would have been prepared for the clearance reinstatement process. I would highly recommend the EDMUNDS LAW FIRM.

Best Security Clearance Lawyer in the Country

Attorney Edmund is definitely the best security clearance lawyer in the country. He is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to complex security clearance cases. Edmunds Law Firm has a very courteous and responsive legal team. Attorney Edmund represented me during my hearing and gave irref...utable arguments along with some very effective comparisons. His closing statement was a nail in the head. Attorney Edmund’s sincere hardwork and effective style from relevant experience enabled the judge to see me from a whole person point of view which overcame the SOR objections. Favorable Adjudication in 19 Days!

I hired the Edmunds Law Firm when my security clearance was revoked to appeal the revocation. My initial meeting was in person with Mr. Edmunds. From that meeting I felt completely confident that he knew the process inside and out and would be able to help me. The first attorney assigned to my ca...se sent me a list of documents he would need to put together my appeal. The list of about 10 requested documents and letters wasn't overwhelming but I felt it was comprehensive enough to accurately depict who I am and defend my case. The list also contained documents that I would not have ever thought to include in the appeal, as this entire ordeal was new to me. When I was having some communication trouble with my assigned attorney, Mr. Edmunds got my case reassigned IMMEDIATELY and the new attorney and legal assistant finished my appeal packet within 48 hours of receiving it. They filed the appeal with my government agency on Dec 12, 2017 and I received notice on Jan 9, 2018 that my case had been favorable adjudicated. That's only 19 working days over a major holiday period! Amazing work by this firm. I'm almost 100% sure I would have lost my appeal without their assistance. Plus I tend to worry so hiring Alan Edmunds and his firm was exactly what I needed to set my mind at ease from the onset and have my prayers ultimately answered. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent Legal Representation

Attorney Alan Edmunds and his firm represented me in a case involving the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals. The case was argued before an administrative judge to decide on the continuation of my government security clearance. Attorney Edmunds provided me with excellent legal representatio...n that led to winning the case for me. He prepared my dossier for submission to the judge and represented me in the hearing.
