Excellent Legal Representation

Attorney Alan Edmunds and his firm represented me in a case involving the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals. The case was argued before an administrative judge to decide on the continuation of my government security clearance. Attorney Edmunds provided me with excellent legal representatio...n that led to winning the case for me. He prepared my dossier for submission to the judge and represented me in the hearing. He acted professionally, did precisely what he promised to do, and the final cost was as we initially agreed. Expect Victory

I am so thankful to Ryan at the Edmunds firm. I had to switch firms from Tully Rickey who was just to busy and dropping the ball on me.  After I took a new promotional position with another agency, I had a former LE supervisor who submitted multiple false felony alleagations to my security staff w...hich caused an immediate revocation. These were very crafty allegations totaling almost 20 counts ranging from felonies to administrative violations. My case was complicated and overwhelming. To a lay person you would think I was criminal of the decade, but Ryan saw through all the smoke and against all odds we received a favorable determination and I was restored. Saved my Career and my Clearance

I received a Statement of Reasons (SOR) from the government and thought I could respond to myself which I did. What a mistake. The next thing I know the government has threatened to revoke my clearances and has scheduled me in front of a judge at a hearing to defend myself. The SOR was full of mista...kes and misinformation. Top Secret/SCI clearance

Alan Edmunds has saved my military and federal career AGAIN. Once in 2011 for my secret and today Oct 26, 2017 for my Top Secret. When I received my SOR the Edmunds law firm were right there to consult me and highly advised me to fight my SOR. Long story short they mitigated my case and I cannot t...ell you how thankful I am to have these people around, even the second time!!! Excellent Service; great results

I found the Edmunds law firm through an Internet search to help me with my security clearance, which had been denied after working for the government for more than 15 months. After speaking to them and my attorney Ryan Nerney, I felt confident that I would have a favorable outcome. Attorney Nerney a...lso told me where to go so I could review their cases and outcomes to prove that they are highly successful in security clearance matters. After doing my research and validating they are highly successful, I retained their services. Attorney Nerney, reviewed my case, wrote an aggressive appeal, spoke with me every step of the way, and made sure I was ready for my hearing in front of an Administrative Judge. At the hearing, Attorney Nerney was professional, well-versed, and aggressively argued the FACTS in my case to prove I was suitable for a government security clearance. He even went so far as to ask the Judge for an expedited response because I had been on suspension without pay for 10 months, and had children to take care of. The Judge agreed to the expedited response given my circumstances, and just over two months after the hearing, I was notified that the Judge gave a favorable recommendation, and the government approved my security clearance so that I can return to work and continue my career. I highly recommend The Edmunds Law firm and their attorney's. They are well-versed in security clearance matters and have proven to me they know what they are doing.
