SAVED after contacting Edmunds Law firm

I received Statement of Reasons (SOR) and thought my career was over; I was an emotional wreck so I hired Edmunds Law Firm to help me fight for my position. Well Planned Representation

I took the time to do some thorough research on hiring a lawyer to represent me while litigating some concerns in my financial background concerning my security clearance hearing. Mr Edmunds came highly recommended by many people with the same previous issues as I was facing myself. I had never been ...to a court hearing or participated in one that could potentially disrupt my career if given an unfavorable ruling. Mr. Edmunds and his staff were very professional in the consultation, and very enlightening on what needed to happen before we went to the hearing. I followed his advise on matters before the hearing which in my opinion led me in the right direction, and prepared me for the hearing. Mr. Edmunds and his associate showed up the day of the hearing on time, professionally prepared, and litigated the concerns with the judge and the DOHA attorney. Mr. Edmunds was well versed in the procedures used in the security clearance hearing, and he was very concise with litigating the concerns presented in this matter. We obtained a favorable ruling on my security clearance which in turn allows me to continue in this line of business with my professional career. I would highly recommend the Edmunds Law Firm for any of your security clearance needs.

Attorney Review

Alan and his staff did an excellent job for me. When I had my initial query of where I stood legally, he immediately jumped on the offensive. His demeanor was excellent and it quelled all the disruptive thoughts I had about my situation. His staff was also a great factor in winning the case. They... explained exactly the data which would be needed to win. When Alan explained exactly how the proceedings would occur, I was skeptical because opposing counsel really sounded aggressive. When we finally got to the courtroom, everything went exactly as Alan and his staff had described it. I was not nervous at all and it seemed like the atmosphere was a bit less aggressive than I thought it would be. He handled the witness team with skill and precise questioning - they also thought Alan did an excellent job. I would gladly ask for Alan expert legal assistance if I need representation again.

Security Clearance

I hired Mr. Edmunds due to receiving a Statement of Reasons (SOR) that my security clearance was going to be revoked. Mr. Edmunds and his staff did an excellent job in preparing my defense and Mr. Edmunds' confidence in the case kept me from worrying myself into an early grave. In the end, my case wa...s found in my favor, so it is obvious to me that his approach and methods worked.

Security Clearance
