POSITIVELY RECOMMEND!!!

As a single father and veteran, I can not say enough great things about this firm. Without giving away too much, the Edmunds Law Firm was able to give me a favorable verdict in obtaining custody of my daughters, while being affordable and mindful of my financial circumstances (they have military disc...ounts). In my opinion, the verdict represented a huge step forward in fathers’ rights and I cannot thank Mr. Edmunds, Mr. Neinas, and all of the awesome support staff at the Edmunds Law Firm enough. Their guidance and wisdom in executing a complex move-away/physical custody legal strategy resulted in a verdict that awarded physical custody to me! Security Clearance Matter

I hired the Edmunds Law Firm back in February 2015 after I received a Statement of Reasons (SOR) challenging my credentials to hold a clearance. The Edmunds Law Firm did an outstanding job in working through the SOR and even though the written appeal was denied, Alan Edmunds represented me before th...e DOHA court, and did an amazing job which led to me being granted my security clearance in January of 2016. The process was long and arduous, but the Edmunds Law Firm knew exactly what to do at every step. If you ever find yourself with a Security Clearance issue, you owe it to yourself to use the Edmunds Law Firm.

Security Clearance Hearing

I am quite grateful that I hired attorney Edmunds to represent me. I have approximately zero experience dealing with this type of legal situation, so I was grateful for the clarity and understanding he provided to me about the entire process. Most importantly, his representation resulted in my winnin...g a case to have my security clearance reinstated after it had been suspended. He guided me in gathering evidence and character witnesses. Beyond the hard evidence, he was able to present my case in a way that reflected my character and my passion to support my country and troops. His passion when he presented his closing argument was impressive, and I had the sense that we had really hit a home run. After our victory in the hearing, the opposition pressed on with an appeal, which Attorney Edmunds convinced them to withdraw before it even went to the appeals board. I really felt like he picked up my case, hit the ground running, guided me to gather everything I needed to win, and doggedly stuck with the case through to the very end. My hope is that I will never need to deal with such a legal situation again, but if I find myself in that situation, I will not hesitate to go back to Attorney Edmunds for representation again.

Thought my case was hopeless, they gave me actionable legal guidance that lead to a successful appeal!

I was denied government clearance, in a large part due to bad information. I did 2 out of 3 rounds of appeals on my own and was getting no where. 2 weeks before my final hearing date, I thought to contact a law firm. Edmunds responded and despite my own pessimism that we'd overturn the decision, I... was just notified that the panel did just that. I was going in blind before reaching, but the firm instructed me in what I needed to prepare for each part of my defense. I met one of their attorneys, Ryan, the day of the hearing and he guided me through the process. I couldn't be more satisfied.

DoS employment eligibility

The Edmunds team did an outstanding job guiding my written response for a DoS employment denial. After reviewing our written response, the contractor review panel reversed their initial unfavorable decision. I was then awarded my security clearance. Do yourself a favor and hire the Edmunds team if yo...u are having security clearance/eligibility issues.
