5 Star Corporate Lawyer

Rosana has handled our corporate affairs for over 20 years. Our company recently went through a stock repurchase and acquisition. Rosana handled all aspects of the transaction, advised us on our best interests, and is extremely methodical and detailed in always insuring we are always in full complian...ce and current with the complex maze of corporate laws.
