Ron responded to a issue I had with Fidelity warranty denying a legitimate claim for my A.C. unit. I felt helpless because I knew it was a claim that feel under my contract contrary to what Fidelity claimed. I wanted to fight back, but didn't know how. I posted my issue on AVVO. Ron responded with a... possible solution (Small claims court). He laid out what I should do step by step. I followed the steps Ron had laid out and WITHOUT going to court Fidelity agreed to pay my claim! Ron achieved this without getting to looking at my contract and based on a short description of my issue. I think that is amazing and a sign of a great lawyer. I highly recommend Ron!
