Ron responded to a issue I had with Fidelity warranty denying a legitimate claim for my A.C. unit. I felt helpless because I knew it was a claim that feel under my contract contrary to what Fidelity claimed. I wanted to fight back, but didn't know how. I posted my issue on AVVO.
