Acquiring Mark Deniz was the best thing I ever did! He is an astute lawyer, very connected in the legal community & respected by all. As a former DA, he knows both sides of the law. And he is compassionate - he really cares. Once Mark took my case, he handled everything from start to finish; I neve...r stepped once in a courtroom. He first successfully had my charge reduced, keeping me posted along the way, and followed up, as promised, by ultimately terminating probation and getting my case completely expunged. Where do I begin... Mark literally saved my life. I was facing a lot of charges, including dui, resisting, domestic violence, hit and run, and driving on an expired license. After reading reviews and doing a little homework I decided to give Mark a call. He was the first and last attorney that I ca...lled, he didn't make any promises but he said that the case was workable and he would do the best he could to keep me out of jail. This was my fourth DUI and I thought I was looking at a minimum of one year prison time. It was the most stressful time of my life. The courts wanted to raise my bond put an ankle bracelet on me and a restraining order, BEFORE MY COURT DATE BECAUSE I WAS A HIGH RISK. Mark told me that it didn't look to good. He assured me that he'll continue to fight for me, and that's just what he did. Mark was able to get the domestic violence, hit and run, and driving on an expired license thrown out. He made a deal with the prosecutor and the outcome was unbelievable. They hit me with with a first time DUI with 3 month DUI classes, and 10 day trash pick up. I cant thank Mark enough for what he did for me and my family, he is an amazing attorney and if you are in trouble you cant go wrong with Mark Deniz. I owe my life to this guy!!!
