Back in 2022 I got myself in trouble, DUI to be precise. I contacted Mark and he handled my case, and did a phenomenal job. I left a glowing review then after everything was handled and the long and short of it was he did exactly what was needed. He helped me along the way, kept me in the loop, and when that part was over we waited until it was time for my probationary period to be over. The cost of that process was better than imagined. Once my probation was up Mark contacted me about expungement, and gave me the honest look at what could happen. It was either a yes or a no, and he was fully upfront about that. I said "let's go for it," expungements can be expensive, but Mark kept it reasonable. A few months went by, and while I admit I got antsy about what was going on, I knew Mark had a lot of cases to handle and I didn't want to interrupt him. He would check in with me from time to time keeping me up to date, and noted what to expect. After about 4 months Mark messaged me again and let me know the process was complete and the expungement was done. Mark did a great job. He delivered and never made promises he couldn't keep. He never gave false hope, but honest information on the process. We all know the stigma of attorneys/lawyers, but Mark deviates from that stigma. I recommend him whole heartedly, regardless of it being your first, or more than first indiscretion.
