Reduced fine and probation with no jail.
I was lucky to find Mark. I was scared about losing my job from this. Mark resolved the matter without me losing my job or too much skin off my back. He always communicated with me and let me know I was a priority. I hope never to be in a bind again, but if I am I am calling him.

Awesome
I did not want to go with the public defender. I interviewed several lawyers about my situation. Mr. Deniz worked with me on the finances so I could afford a private attorney. I was able to get out of a situation where I could of been in trouble.
Everyone wants the best result possible, which I strive for. However, I always want to ensure you know what is going on every step along the way. The process itself can be punishment and can be traumatic. I want the process to be as easy as possible.

I thought I was in trouble and was heading into jail for a a week or two at least. I did not want to lose my job or be away from the kids. He came in and took control of the situation. Thank you for the kind words. When I was a prosecutor I knew good people were coming into the process seeking fairness. The punishment did not always fit the act. It takes hard work, communication with the prosecution/judge, as well as having sound legal arguments. I am glad to have the pleasure of advocating on your behalf.

Delivered results!
I got caught at a DUI checkpoint in San Diego and Mark helped me deal with the mess. I got to keep my license and he got my charges reduced. He's a very nice guy and I trusted him, and he did not let me down.

Professional and thorough
I chose Mr. Deniz after interviewing several other criminal attorneys. His knowledge and expertise was evident and he did not disappoint.
