Spouse had a DUI (unfortunately, not the first). We left message with Mark's office to contact us to see if we could/would retain him. Whomever left message for him 'transposed' our phone number but he we went out of his way, by going back to his office phone, to see which numbers had called earlier.... I’m sure he has enough clients and he could have just not contacted us or waited for us to call back. He called us that evening (surely what should be his personal time) and spent time hearing the situation and asking questions. He gave us his quote which we feel was very reasonable. He gives you guidance on what you may want to do prior to court date that may help. Before, during and after the court dates he was in contact with us consistently along with a face-to-face meeting. Mark is very personable and genuine and he will also represent you at your DMV/APS hearing. The outcome was MORE than we could have ever expected considering the situation. When spouse went to court to pay fines, etc. the clerk couldn’t believe how ‘lenient’ the judgement was. As stated in this review title, we are in AWE of the outcome.
