I’ll start off by saying I have a few friends who are defense attorneys in different states so had some sound advice as to what I should look for. Their biggest advice was you don’t want a lawyer that tries to use fear tactics to get you to book retainer, and when you tell your case you want someone ...who has full confidence and doesn’t bat an eye. Mark checked both of these boxes with ease. I was facing a felony dui with injury in the Vista courthouse which is incredibly harsh, so I did my due diligence and called around.
