I approached Jennifer after I got my first denial letter from Social Security. We met in March of 2013 to consult with me, looked at my records and told me if she felt I had a case or not. In preparing me for the date she sat with me and went over what the process would be, who would be in the room, and why they would be there. While in the hearing Jennifer was on point: knew my case, my medical history, and my social ability. She was able to answer all the questions the judge asked without any hesitation or having to shuffle through my account. I received my fully favorable decision in November 2014 at which time Jennifer explained to me what more would happen. She offered me help in case I had any problems with my settlement even though my contract with her ended with my decision notice. I was impressed throughout the entire thing with her professionalism and support.
