When I met Jennifer I felt immediately at ease. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I knew that my case would be handled competently and that I would be kept in the loop regarding the progress of said case. Through the long, drawn out process of waiting for a hearing date (huge localized number of ...cases makes wait time quite long!) Jennifer kept in touch, and was always available for questions.
