She is compatinate about her clients,

I was kind of late when I called Mis Irmer about my case( 3 weeks to the due date of interviewing with the California Board). She sent her office staff to pick up all the documents regarding the alleged claim the next day. I had to leave the United State due to a family emergency. She reviewed the w...hole chart and even textbook about the Medicine Guideline about my case. She discussed the case over the phone while I was out of the country. She arranged an expert to review all the information. I mean she really cares and going extra miles to help her clients. I back to the United State one week before having my interview with the Board. I had very difficult time management, but she made it smooth and more relax to go through. The Board closed your case after the first interview. I think she really wants to help rather than looking for a fee per service or money-wise. I recommend her %100 with no doubt Thank you for your extraordinary help regarding my complicated situation. Thanks

Registered Nurse w/ DUI in California - Nicole saved me!

Nicole and Kimberly were absolutely amazing. I knew from the moment I had a consult with Kimberly (her assistant) on the phone, that they were the team I needed. During my consult with Kimberly, she was able to answer ALL of my questions about what would happen if I were to receive probation on my ...nursing license in California because of getting a DUI. Would I have to stay in California? Could I be a nurse in California on probation? As a traveling nurse, these answers were essential, and many other consults could not tell me if I would have to stay in California or not. As it turns out, if an RN in CA receives probation on their nursing license, they DO have to complete this probation in CA, and it is very intense. I did what I had to do and obtained a permanent job in CA before self-reporting to the board, and then did everything Nicole and Kimberly told me to do to prepare a proper mitigation package to self-report my DUI to the board of nursing. What NO OTHER consulting lawyer told me is how CRITICAL the self-reporting process is in preventing probation on your nursing license after a DUI. It is literally the most important part of the process and can prevent probation. Kimberly made this very clear during the consult and emphasized retaining a lawyer early is key, in order to have enough time to prepare all the material for the self reporting document. I retained Nicole instantly and began to complete everything on her lengthy and thorough checklist of what is recommended for a self-reporting package. Kimberly and Nicole were readily available for any questions and recommendations on the documents I provided to defend my nursing license. Nicole analyzed all my documents and helped me produce a mitigation package that allowed me to receive a citation, NOT probation. It was incredible amount of work but worth it all. Meanwhile, Kimberly is as sweet as can be when answering all of my questions in the nervous, anxious state that I was in. This was an amazing team and I highly recommend them to any RN in California who receives a DUI.

Highly recommend! Glad I entrusted my case with Ms. Irmer and her office

I cannot say enough positive things about Ms. Irmer and her office. I had received a misdemeanor for shoplifting and I was afraid of how this would impact obtaining a dental license. Luckily, I entrusted this matter to Ms. Irmer and her office. Kimberly was also of the utmost help! From the very b...eginning, they have always been understanding of my situation, professional, and efficient. I can tell they put in a lot of effort into each case and they constantly kept up to date with me regarding the progress of my application. I couldn't believe my eyes when the CA dental board got back to me and told me they had granted me my license! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with this law office. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
