This is the 2nd time my family has used Mr. Ticket for red light traffic violations which we believe we were not at fault! I received a red light violation in San Marcos in August 2018 and reached out to them right away. I explained my situation that I was unable to get out of the intersection bef...ore the light turned green as another car entered my lane. I provided other information needed. On Nov. 6, 2018 they were able to get my case dismissed! :-) From the 1st phone call to 2 follow up emails, their response time is fast and would hear from them within 24 hours. They are clear about what steps they will take to handle your case/trial. Their service is definitely worth it if you don't have the time to attend the court dates yourself. They are clear about what they can and cannot do, but will give their best to represent you. I appreciated every time they reached out to me with my questions.
