I hired Mr. Bejar for my adjustment of status case. He was exceptional. He was extremely accurate on his assessment of how long it would take for me to get my green card. He said it would take about 6 months and he was right. Also, I have to commend him for his expertise resolving complicated cases. ...My case had a couple of things that made it quite complicated and he was able to tackle those issues without a glitch on the original timeline. All of the 'i's were dotted and all of the 't's were crossed. Our entire case was extremely well put together and no details were overloo...ked. If you need a lawyer and you need one who will advocate for you no matter what, these are the people you need to get ahold of. My husband had to leave the country because of a family emergency and we knew he wouldn't be able to get back. That's when we started the process. I had him back in my arms after two long years, the process however only took one year (we had to get money together first). I was able to work with them completely via email, mail and phone since we live in Ohio and they're located in California. I would use them again if necessary.
