When I received my DUI I was scared, stressed and had no idea how to deal with any of the legal processes. This was my second DUI and I was facing serious penalties; I had to wear a SCRAM bracelet, do the 18 month DUI program, had 10 days of picking up trash on the freeway and was looking at 4 days i...n jail. Because the penalties were more serious I decided to get legal help in order to receive the best outcome possible with my case. I did a lot of research on multiple websites and I even had a meeting with a different lawyer (Mr. DUI, who in my opinion takes advantage of people who are in distress and emotional). I did not feel comfortable with anyone until I spoke to Mr. Daley. The second I got off the phone with him I knew I was going to be alright and I felt relieved for the first time since my whole nightmare had started. Mr. Daley was very upfront about the possible outcomes of my case and he never promised me anything that he knew he could not deliver. He was always available to answer any of my questions, day or night or weekends, and made me feel like my case was important. In the end I still had to take part in the 18 month program and wear the SCRAM bracelet but Mr. Daley was able to reduce the 10 days of highway trash to 36 hours of community service and he convinced the judge to allow me to do 4 days of house arrest instead of actual jail time, which saved me from possibly losing my job. He was able to get me all of the outcomes he had stated, outcomes I know I never would have gotten on my own or with a public defender. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Daley! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DUI LAWYER, THEN LOOK NO FURTHER! I was extremely nervous about which lawyer to talk to because all the websites look the same and they all make themselves sound the best. Then I was told to call Mr. Daley, and I am so glad I did. Very professional, extremely helpful, inform...ative, and worth every penny. Mr. Daley took care of EVERYTHING. He answered every one of mine and my wife's questions and assisted me the entire way. I know all cases are different, but here are my results: 1) I did not have to go to jail.
