I entered the U.S. from Mexico by setting an appointment with U.S. border control officer via CBP One mobile application on March 2023. I am a citizen of Russia and I oppose Vladimir Putin regime and his genocide invasion of Ukraine. My case was carefully prepared, the immigration judge skipped the testimony, documents review, they just performed cross-questioning which can't be avoided.
