Excellent all around!

Peter was very professional in dealing with DUI case from the offset. When other lawyers said otherwise, Pete went to bat for me, and he believed in me from day one. Undoubtedly, I'd recommend anyone who has recently been charged with a DUI to hire a cordial, respectful, and empathetic profession...al who truly cares about not only winning your case, but even more, the success of your future. Therefore, from day one, from the moment I consulted Pete, I knew he was the guy to represent me, and trusted that he has my best interest in mind. And, it's why, I'm certain he will do the same for you. (Case Notes* Summer of 2014, I was visiting some friends in California, and after going out one night in downtown San Diego. One thing led to another, and I was pulled over by a police officer, and after fully cooperating and passing every field sobriety test, I was taken into the station because I refused to blow in the breathalyzer (It's your right to do so). Consequently, I blew a .11 at the station, thus, being charged with a DUI. I knew from the moment I got out the next day, that I had a legitimate opportunity to prove that I was not drunk. So, I needed a good lawyer. Hired Pete, and he helped me get a wet-reckless, instead of a full blown DUI. Presently (2016), Pete is helping me get that record expunged since I've completed my probation period without any problems).

Very Professional & Prompt duting DUI

Peter was very upfront and helpful with all aspects of my case. I was under a suspected DUI. Peter helped get me my license quicker. He also talked me through every scenario. He then guided me to keeping court costs down and minimizing the damage to my career. He was there for me every time i called.... I hope this never happens again but I would definitely recommend him.

Peter was an angel, reincarnated as an attorney

I walked into Peter's office 6 hours after I posted bail from jail for a HORRENDOUS DUI and after googling, "best DUI Lawyers in San Diego." I blew a .31, hit quite a few parked cars, and did not have insurance. I was being charged with DUI and Hit and Run. I was not well off financially, but Mr.... Blair worked out a reasonable contract for me. Peter was able to lower the charges to a standard DUI. The Hit and Run charges were dropped. I have 9 months of DUI classes because of the BAC, but I don't have any community service and $0 restitution to pay, despite having damaged multiple cars while driving without insurance. He was also a voice of reason for me through the whole experience. This is the first time I've ever been in trouble with the law and Mr. Blair talked me through it and kept telling me not to worry. If I had any questions, he had the answers. Also, during the first meeting in his office, he told me to help myself any way possible. I proceeded to go to an Intensive Outpatient Program and kept him updated through my progress. I completed the program before my hearing and Peter used it to our full advantage. Although he is a Seahawk fan and I am a 49er fan, I trusted him and he truly got it done. Hiring Peter was the best decision I've ever made.

Great lawyer

I was on my third DUI and was looking at a minimum of 120 days in jail. Peter Blair turned it into 8 days of picking up trash. I called numerous lawyers seeking the right representative, many wanted me to come in or just took my and info and said they would call me back. Peter Blair took the time t...o explain the process and options I had. He kept me well informed and returned my text and calls immediately. i had a lawyer for my second DUI and Mr Blair did ten times more then the other guy. The Second DUI lawyer basically got me the same as Peter Blair did for my third. Mr Peter Blair is professional and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a legal representative.

A good, intelligent and hard working lawyer.

I was charged with felony DUI, hit and run and leaving the scene of an accident. I was guilty of all three and did not know what was going to happen to me as a result of my doings. This being my third DUI I figured that I would have no choice but to do jail time and because of that lose my job and pu...t my life on hold. After meeting Mr. Blair he accepted taking on my case and everything that he proposed that I do helped me not just in my court case but also my life. None of my felonies ended up being strikes even though two of them could have been, and I ended up at sentencing only receiving 365 days in work furlough. Through out the entire process he was up front with me about what we were doing and why we were doing it. He explained the best case scenarios and the worst case and never filled my head with false hopes. I would recommend Peter Blair as an attorney to anyone who needs a good lawyer. I believe that I owe him all the thanks that I can give and a chance at living a better and more productive future.
