Traffic offense

Peter helped my son after a DUI he was a godsend we were out of state. He handles everything. My son was scared and alone and he helped ease our fears. He got us a really good outcome! San Diego’s Finest

It was May of 2019 when my Husband got charged with a DUI w/Great Bodily Injury, we had another attorney but decided to seek another one, I came across Peter Blair here on Avvo, read his reviews and he seemed like a great fit for an ideal defense attorney; I called in to get some info and was booked ...for an appointment the following day; we came out of his office with him as my husband’s new attorney for his case. As a continuous offender my husband was facing 3-5 years in prison. It is July 2020 and my husband is out of custody, he served 10 months (due to COVID-19 courts kept rescheduling sessions; he would have been out sooner) Peter Blair is a blunt & aggressive ; finds discrepancies in cases and fights hard for justice , but what makes his different from the previous attorneys we’ve had, was that he was always available, email, text or phone call, as his client’s wife I was always in contact; getting my answers to questions, concerns or issues with case, he was AVAILABLE! We did all that he recommend, we played the game his way and won. Professional aggressive representation.

Professional aggressive representation. Mr. Blair is top notch my son recently was arrested on DUI with bodily injury. My son had a $100,000 bail. My son was being mis treated in San Diego County Jail. My attorney Mr. Blair sent a note that he was representing my son. Immediately my son got the medic...al care that he needed The jailers found out that Mr. Blair was Representing my son and the tables turned to my sons favor. If not for Mr. Blair my son would’ve been charged with DUI bodily injury and facing a long road ahead of him. Mr. Blair got the charges dropped. My son was immediately released. Mr. Blair is available 24 hours a day. Extremely knowledgeable compassionate and personal service I highly recommend if you’re ever in trouble this The EXPERIENCED EXPERT That you and your family need. Amazing attorney

I hired Mr. Blair to clean up an old dui that I had left unhandled and had a bench warrant for. The prosecutor had it out for me but Blair argued her down and got all my probation dropped. My record is now 100% clear! Blair is an amazing attorney and I highly recommend him!

THE BEST THERE IS

Peter Blair is the best defensive attorney. I was a facing 6 years for a felony dui that occurred in April 2016. I called a few lawyers to consult and they wanted to meet up. When I called Peter, he immediately told me what he would do and start right away. I was sold from the very first phone call w...ith him. He informed me through out the case what was going on and always had a calm demeanor. i felt calm and didn't worry as much as I would have if it wasn't for him. His professionalism and reputation as a defense attorney was 100 percent true from what I have heard about him. Nine months later, Peter was able to drop the felony dui to a small misdemeanor, PC148, obstruction of justice. I did no time and got summary probation with a fine of $630. I can honestly say that Peter saved me and I am forever grateful to have hired him as my defensive lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the best lawyer for their defense. He was so awesome that I don't plan on seeing him again because I have learned my lesson from what I did and he gave me a second chance. Thank you Peter Blair!!
