I was referred to Luis through a close lawyer friend of mine as Luis was specialized in the needed field. Our relationship started with a very thorough no-charge consultation. It eventually evolved into a flat fee contract for him to draft a pretty complicated contract between me and multiple parties.... Luis always made himself available to me or other parties, and was always very responsive. Most significantly, Luis was very thorough in his work, often pointing out shortcomings in suggested "templates". Thoroughness that bordered on perfectionism. Quite an appreciated trait when then scrutiny is in in your favor. That being said, It is also worth highlighting that the contract he drafted was also *fair* for both parties, really making the negotiations faster, and more straight-forward as the other party did not feel like the requests on my behalf were egregious.
