I found Dod (Mehrdad) after receiving a DUI back in March. I was stopped at a checkpoint outside of PB and was arrested with a .12 BAC. After getting the DUI, I checked out and interviewed several attorneys to see what could be done (if the DUI charges could be reduced or even removed all together). ...I went with Dod and I'm glad I did. The checkpoint and everything about my DUI were pretty straightforward, there wasn't much (if anything) to fight against. Still, he got my informal probation reduced from 5 years to 3 years (and got community service hours removed, which was part of the 3 year deal) which was huge. In the few months that I needed Dod: he was very honest, informative, and straight to the point. He always responded in a timely manner, kept me updated, handled all the paper work as well as went to my DMV and Court hearings. He made the whole DUI experience so much easier to deal with, and like I said he got my probation reduced in a case where there wasn't much to fight against.
