I hired Dod back in July on a Marijuana DUI. I was arrested coming back from TJ at the border. I was completely disrespected by the Border Patrol and they were rude. I highly recommend Mehrdad Ghassemkhani. I hired him to represent me for my DUI. I was terrified of the whole process as I have never been in trouble for more than a speeding ticket. Dod walked me through the whole process and kept me reassured and confident. My breathalyzer was .25 and my BAC was .1...7 so I was really afraid of a very stiff punishment. I had an unexpected reaction to an OTC herbal sleep remedy purchased at a smoke shop (not spice) which induced a psychotic episode that included me jumping from rooftop to rooftop in my neighborhood naked yelling at my neighbors and threatening to kill people. I was facing multiple felony charges rel...ated to the incident, fines, and possible jail time. I was pulled over by SDPD about a month ago. My blood alcohol level was over the legal limit. I did a lot of research and talked to 12 DUI attorneys before I made my decision.
