Words cant describe how I feel. I have never been in trouble. Never even had a speeding ticket but I was arrested for DUI. My blood alcohol level was a .22. I was extremely intoxicated. Dod walked me through the entire process. Very easy to contact, and very reassuring when I would talk to hi...m. Instead of a 9 month program he got the DA to agree to a 3 month program. He also saved my some community service days. I cant thank Dod enough.

When i picked up my DUI i thought my life was over. This was my 2nd DUI and i was looking at mandatory jail time. I did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of attorneys. I put my faith and my trust in Dod. He never sugar coated anything. He never promised me anything. He just said he will aggr...essively fight for me. He is so easy to get in contact with. I had his cell phone and i sent him text all the time and he would respond 100% of the time within 10 minutes. When I called him he would put everything else to the side and treat me like I was his only case. I truly felt like he cared for me and my situation. I did not ever feel like he was jut trying to drag me along. Because I had a .19 blood alcohol level and a prior i knew i was screwed. He worked out a deal where i did not do any jail time and had to wear an ankle monitor for 4 days. He also got reduced public work and a few hundred dollars off my fines. I cant say THANK YOU enough to Dod. I HOPE i will never need Dod's services again, but i would reccomend him to anyone charged with a DUI or any criminal crime.

I hired Dod back in July on a Marijuana DUI. I was arrested coming back from TJ at the border. I was completely disrespected by the Border Patrol and they were rude. I have never been in need of an attorney and this was the first and hopefully the last time, but i have to say- THANKS DOD, YOU SAVED MY JOB!!
