I got two DUI's back in 2008 and 2010 and got a 3rd in 2015. Though I was not proud of what I had done I felt like I was an honest good person who made a mistake and therefore with having 3 DUI's on my record I thought my life would essentially fall apart. I was arrested on a serious felony strike. I was involved in a fight while extremely intoxicated. I was looking around for attorneys and a friend of a friend told me they used Mr. G on a DUI so I called him and set up a consultation. He was extremely knowledgeable of the process and the charges I ...was charged with (245 (a)(1) and a knife involved). He was always available on text, email, phone to answer any questions i had or my mother had. At the court appearance the District Attorney said they wanted me to do 6 years. Mr. G told me that is ridiculous and would never take 6 years on this case. They wanted a strike on my record. Mr. G told me we should just do a prelim hearing because he wants to cross examine all the witnesses. He made every witness look like a liar. At the next court date the District attorney gave me a NONSTRIKE with the chance to get it reduced to a misdemeanor in 2 years. I am writing this because I know if you are reading it you are in a bad position like i was. I couldnt sleep, eat, or concentrate on anything. This guy will go to BAT for you. He saved my life and saved the persons life that referred me to him. I always think to myself "what if i chose another attorney?" That thought is always in the back of my head. Ghassemkhani went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. I ran a stop sign at ~45mph and was pulled over and charged with my 3rd dui which carries mandatory 4 months in jail, 3 years without any possibility of a license and a year and a half of dui classes, fines, ...probation, etc. Ghassemkhani was able to knock it out of the park by getting me a deal where I did no jail time. I also was charged as if it were my first dui, so I only have 3 months of classes to do instead of 18 months! My license remains valid and I still have my job.
