I got my 3rd Dui a few months ago. My first was one 9 years ago, then i got one just a few years ago so this was my 3rd time. I was at a bar in Mission Valley. I thought i was okay to drive. I ran a stop sign and side swiped a car. I knew my license was suspended and i had been drinking so i sta...rted to drive away. I dont know what i was thinking. Clearly i wasnt thinking. Needless to say i was pulled over about a half a mile away and taken to jail. Luckily the lady in the car had minor soreness and was not taken to the hospital. At 29 years old, facing my 3rd DUI and jail time i felt i deserved to go to jail. I started talking to attorneys. I submitted an online request and Mr. Ghassemkhani called me at 10pm at night. About 5 minutes after i submitted the request. He was on the phone with me for over 1 hour putting me at ease. I told him i would call him the following day. The following day i got about 3 more calls from attorneys. The first one didnt even care about my situation and only cared about getting me to his office. The second one didnt even go over my case and gave me a price of $5,000 not knowing anything about my case. The other attorney spent a little more time with me but didnt seemed to concerned about me. The total time I spent with these 3 attorneys was less than what Mr. Ghassemkhani spent with me. Mind you this was at 10pm at night. I decided to call him back and go see him. Since I could not drive, he came and met me at a Starbucks next to my apartment. He was courteous, respectful, caring, and told me he would guide me through this horrible process. He told me i was looking at mandatory jail time but would work out an ankle monitor hopefully. I decided to put my life in his hands. From the time I hired him, he remained the same guy i talked on the phone and met at that Starbucks. Complete professional and a pioneer in his field. He put me on a plan of AA classes and a SCRAM ankle bracelet. He told me this would get us the best possible outcome. He always text me to see how i was doing. When it was all said and done, he worked out a deal of 150 days on a ankle bracelet instead of jail time. I have made many stupid decisions my life. This was by far the BEST decision ever. As i write this i still have an ankle monitor on, but I know i will never be in trouble again. I want to THANK Mr. Ghassemkhani for being sent to me from the heavens. If you want an attorney that truly cares about who you are as a person, then i HIGHLY HIGHLY recomend him. Sorry for the long review but I hope this helps anyone ever in desperate need of a true professional.

Words cant describe how I feel. I have never been in trouble. Never even had a speeding ticket but I was arrested for DUI. My blood alcohol level was a .22. I was extremely intoxicated.
