Walton Law Firm Came To Feel Like Family

I am so grateful that we hired Randy Walton after our major accident. Walton Law Firm wasn't a big machine...it definitely felt we were not going to fall through the cracks or get lost or forgotten. Everything was so well taken care of. To have those medical bills just rolling in, and being so damage...d physically and emotionally as we were at the time, to just be able to stick them in the scanner and send it to you the firm was such a blessing. Plus, I always felt better after Randy came and talked to us. Everything that Randy explained to us that could and would happen...happened. We could not have asked for things to be handled in a better way.

Walton Law Firm Took Care Of The Hassles

I was working as an EMT when my ambulance was hit from behind by a drunk driver on I-5. I was injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital, and the drunk driver was arrested and jailed. Because the driver was arrested at the scene, it was very difficult to find out his insurance information. Plus,... because I was working, I received workers compensation benefits, and the work comp company wanted to be repaid for the benefits I received. It was a complicated case, so I decided to hire an attorney to sort it all out. Walton Law Firm was able to locate the responsible insurance company, sort out the complicated workers' compensation lien, and to obtain a settlement for me that I was really happy with. Randy and Sarah answered my calls and all of my questions, and explained the process all the way through.

Amazing simply Amazing

Walton Law Firm- Trustworthy, Professional and Highly Recommended

I was involved in a serious car accident while on duty as a San Diego Law Enforcement Officer. Because I was on duty, workers compensation insurance covered my medical expenses, but I also knew I had a case against the driver who hit me. I hired Randy Walton of Walton Law Firm to handle the case fo...r me and his office took care of everything, including dealing with the work comp lien. Randy and his staff were professional throughout the course of the case, and at the end I was happy with the result. In today's world it's hard to find somebody you can trust and has your best interest in mind. Randy is that guy. He's easy going but tenacious with his job. He will make you feel comfortable and keep you informed throughout the process. I give Randy and his office my highest recommendation.

Personal Injury / Elder Abuse / Assisted Living / Arbitration - EXCELLENT

Randy worked with me in a case where my mom had a serious "accident" at an assisted living facility. His excellent communication, expertise, explanations, and thoroughness resulted in a very good outcome. I could not give a higher recommendation! He and his office were readily available.
