Harley Davidson Highway Crash

I am writing to thank you with all of my heart for the work that you did for me after my near fatal motorcycle accident. Although the Harley that I was riding did not make it through the accident, I did. But I only made it after almost five months in the hospital and various surgeries. You made th...at long, painful voyage tolerable. You came to visit me at each stage of my recovery just to check in on me and did all the heavy lifting with three different insurance agencies and multiple hospitals. If it was not for your outstanding negotiating skills, legal writing and amazing personality I would not have been made whole in the settlement. You are not only an amazing lawyer but you are a caring and decent person. I am a retired Marine Corps colonel and was a lawyer in the Marines for over 24 years. I have been teaching lawyers, legal officers, paralegals and both military and civilian judges. I have been teaching civilian law students since 1994. I have supervised and evaluated hundreds and hundreds of attorneys across the United States and in Japan. I remember you from over 20 years ago when you were a law students and even back then you were head and shoulders above your contemporaries. I may have taught you something about a being a trial lawyer, but when I needed someone to navigate the extremely complex area of personal injury, I knew where to go. You needed to teach me! You did and you never left my side and left me with questions which were unanswered. I am forever in your debt. I am back to riding my Harley Davidson TriGlide and I will carry you in my heart for good luck. Of all the attorneys I have dealt with since 1975, you are in the top 1% of all of them. car accident

I was driving with my family in downtown San Diego, when we were hit by a driver who ran a red light. My husband and son suffered minor injuries, but I was hurt worse, and ultimately needed surgery. I had a history of neck problems, but in the days after the accident my problems got very bad so I dec...ided to call a lawyer. Since I live in North County, I wanted a local lawyer and found Walton Law Firm. I can't tell you how happy I was with the way my case handled. On Duty Police Vehicle Collision

On November 23, 2014, I was involved in an on duty police vehicle collision. I was hit by an uninsured motorist driving a rental car. My work took care of all my medical bills but there was no policy for pain and suffering. I suffered a fractured back, lost 7 teeth and was concussed. I suffer lon...g term damage in all of the areas. With no insurance company for the driver I was given 15,000 from the rental car company which all went to my work. I asked around and everyone told me I had no avenue to turn to. I knew I had uninsured personal vehicle insurance but everyone told me they wouldn't cover me. I called Randy Walton and I remember being very nervous, I had never been involved in a personal injury lawsuit. I will be honest I had my doubts about the "Ambulance Chaser" persona. Randy was none of that. His office was open and clean, he was so laid back and professional. His staff was nice. Nothing I had imagined. I asked Randy that day if I had a case and his answer was, "Let me call around and look into it". Right then I could tell he had no big ego, he was willing to check with his colleagues. This meant a lot to me knowing he was willing to do research on something he had not quit seen. To settle a personal injury case involved with a work comp case you had to wait until all medical and therapy was done and your work comp case was closed. Randy checked in on me through the months and made sure I was doing well. When my work comp case was finally settled Randy dug in and found everything on the books about my own personal insurance used for driving a work car. My insurance company agreed with Randy and paid out my policy. I cant thank Randy enough for his professionalism, his kindness through my very rough days, and always returning my emails and phone calls within hours. Randy is hands on with your case, not some assistant or paralegal. This was my first experience with a personal injury lawyer but I have heard of nightmare stories. Randy made a terrible time in my life calm and manageable. I would refer Randy to family, friends and anyone needing help.

Car Accident Client Review

Attorney Randy Walton and paralegal Sarah Ernest were an incredible help! They were both supportive and fair when guiding me through my case. I always felt support from the both of them. I've heard about ugly cases, especially from lawyers who are either dishonest or incredibly rude to their clients.... Luckily I never received ill treatment from either of these exceptional individuals and never had a bad experience with them. They know their stuff thoroughly and I had an easy time resolving my case thanks to them. Best personal injury lawyer

I work for a large telecommunications company and got in a bad accident while I was driving the company truck. The accident wasn't my fault. After the accident, my shoulder needed surgery and I missed a lot of work. Workers compensation insurance took care of my medical bills and some of my lost inc...ome, but it was recommended to me to consult a lawyer to see if I had a case against the person who hit me. I called Walton Law Firm and am really glad I did. Mr. Walton was easy to work with, and took care of everything. Even though the driver who hit me didn't have a lot of insurance, Mr. Walton was able to collect all the available insurance, and then get my medical lien reduced to the point where I was able to walk away from the case with a decent settlement. I would definitely recommend this law firm.
