My experience with Walton Law Firm

My experience with Walton Law Firm was really great. During my morning walk, I was struck by a car whose driver couldn't see me because of the morning sun. I suffered serious injuries in the accident, so my son thought I need a lawyer and found Randy Walton. I am really glad he did. Remarkably, the p...olice who investigated the accident ruled that the accident was my fault, saying that I walked out in front of the car. That didn't seem to bother Randy, who told me not to worry about it, and said we would sue if we have to.  Well we didn’t have to. In just about four months of representation, he was able to get me the entire insurance policy of the person who hit me. This money is going to be a big help to me and my husband in our retirement years.  I highly recommend this law firm.

Best Legal Eagles in San Diego County

Finding a parent dead at a Rehab Center can be devastating and emotional tragic life event that no one should go through. This was the only firm where the actual Attorney was the first contact. The Walton team (Randy, Luke & Sarah) were amazing, honest and supportive. They did all the hard work for t...he best outcome that could be expected when a family is fighting a big corporation. In our experience we can honestly say that they are the "BEST" Legal Eagles in the County and we are grateful.

Walton Law Firm

Our Grandmother was mistreated by an assisted living facility. We found ourselves thrust into a legal situation for which we had no preparation, knowledge or experience. The facility had a team of powerful attorneys and it seemed like we were in for an uphill battle. I contacted Randy Walton based on... reviews online I had read. When we called, Randy responded immediately, took the time to listen and proceeded to take the necessary steps to quickly resolve our stressful situation. He was able to negotiate a settlement for us during a time in which we were grieving and not up for a fight. Honesty, kindness, and compassion are not words often associated with attorneys, but in the case of Randy Walton, they fit perfectly! If your looking for an attorney for Assisted Living neglect or abuse, I highly recommend Randy Walton.

Great Experience

My son was hit by a car and had a serious and possible permanent arm injury. I was referred to Randy by a friend who was an Assistant City Attorney in San Diego County. Randy had a case against this the city and won the case for his client. My friend had so much respect for Randy and his law firm ...that he still referred me to Randy. That says a lot! I do not write many reviews. However, we were so happy with the outcome of our case, I simply had to tell SOMEONE. There was never a time that I called the office and was not able get an answer to my questions. Though Randy’s door always seems to be open, his paralegal, Sarah, is a huge help. I would certainly refer anyone to the Walton Law Group.
