Amazing

When I needed a personal injury lawyer I didn't want to have to go to downtown San Diego. I found Walton Law Firm on Google and called, and spoke with Sarah, who was so nice and super knowledgeable. I then spoke to attorney Randy Walton, who listened to my predicament and then spent nearly an hour wa...lking me through what would likely happen in my case. He was very personable, almost like a friend. I hired his firm and was really happy with how it all went. I was kept informed about my case and involved in the important decisions, and stoked that the case could be settled for more than I even thought it was worth. I strongly recommend this law firm.

Randy is your Guy

Randy and Sarah were the first genuine people I had contacted out of many. I thought this process was going to be a nightmare, but because of these two, it couldn't have been any less painless. The communication was quick and professional. At no point did I feel like I was in the dark and felt lost i...n what was happening. For this reason a relationship was built quickly and it was clear that I had made the right choice.

The Go To Law Firm

Bottom line: This is absolutely the firm to go to if you need a personal injury lawyer. Why: I met Randy 10-15 years ago in a course we were both taking. He was a genuinely warm and friendly guy - like you know you'd become friends if you were neighbors. We didn't maintain contact, but I remembe...red him a decade plus later when I was researching options following a car accident. My experience with him as a client exceeded my already positive impression. During this time and unrelated to the car accident, my life became quite challenging. Randy went out of his way to offer support and encouragement that I didn't expect nor ask for. It was always clear that the number one priority was my well-being. But wait, there's more :) The cherry on top is Sarah, Randy's paralegal. Sarah and Randy are both cut from the same "good human being cloth." With kindness and grace, Sarah made the nitty-gritty process as smooth as could be. I trust this team implicitly and highly recommend them.

A six-star law firm

Recently I had occasion to engage Randy Walton and his firm to represent me on a legal matter. I found Mr. Walton very competent and well versed in the matter before us. Not only did he know pertinent statutes, but likely outcomes. He was able to explain them clearly to a non-attorney like myself i...n such a way as to avoid any ambiguity about my matter. Mr. Walton’s competency is also recognized by other professionals insofar as he has been engaged annually to speak to physicians at the annual conference of the California Association of Long Term Care Medicine on the issue of nursing home care and neglect. In 2006, he was invited to speak on the same subject at the California Bar Association’s annual meeting. Whereas knowledge of the law is something one might expect of any competent attorney. What distinguishes Mr. Walton is his empathy, his personal concern about his client and the effect a particular legal matter has on his client’s life. That is a consideration, I believe, that most attorney professionals tend to ignore. Me Walton has also been heavily involved in his community for over a decade. Currently he holds an elective office as a member of the San Marcos City Council, and has worked with organizations such as San Marcos Youth Baseball, San Marcos High School Surf Team, Valley of Discovery Education Foundation, and the Ridgeline Protection Taskforce. He is also a founder and board member of The San Marcos Promise, a non-profit that provides guidance and support to San Marcos students on their journeys to college and career. When all is said, Randy Walton is a good man. I can think of no better recommendation.

Caring and Professional

I reached out to Walton Law Firm to get some advice after I was getting the run around from an insurance company in a claim that I made. Randy Walton took my call, heard my story, and then gave me some really helpful suggestions to help me fight back on my own. Mr. Walton made me feel really comforta...ble, and explained to me how these insurance companies think. While I didn't have a case that his firm would take, he helped coach me through it and he didn't charge me for his time. How nice is that? We are lucky to have lawyers like Mr. Walton in North County.
