August of 2017 started out as a normal day heading to work early in the morning and ended with a huge migraine, severe back and neck pain, as well as a brand new car with a smashed in rear end. The person who hit me lied-then accidentally told on himself a few times in our initial conversation, then ...his insurance company hung up on me, twice.. So after talking to my husband about it we decided we might be better off getting a professional to handle this situation. Mr. Levinson and his staff helped me to get back to feeling myself physically, and, they fought for a settlement far above average, and got it!! Then, they went even further and negotiated all of my medical bills so that I paid the very least and took home what was deserved. I couldn't be more grateful to them and I will forever recommend Gordon and his team to anyone I know in need of their services!

On November 10, 2016, our car was hit by another in Carlsbad, CA. I was a passenger and was injured. I went to Urgent Care, and then to the local hospital, where I was treated for 6 days for internal bleeding (hematoma), missing my daughter's wedding. I found Mr Levinson in the BBB guidebook, and ...met with him. He was very cordial, and promised to help me obtain compensation for my pain and suffering. I did not have to do anything from there on; he handled all the paperwork, correspondence, and spoke to the other driver's insurance agent, obtaining the maximum liability on the other driver's policy for me. He made this whole ordeal as simple as possible for us, providing me a check on March 17, 2017. Mr. Levinson's staff was also very helpful, Miss Shannean and Miss Hilary, his Paralegal, both of which kept me informed on the progress of my legal action. I could not have found a better Law Group any more professional than the Levinson Law Group of Carlsbad, California.

I am not the type to leave reviews normally but in this case I had to spread the good word! Everyone at Levinson are the definition of professional and caring.
