Do not hire him. I had a bit of a complicated DUI case and I was extremely upfront with him about it. He was very enthusiastic at first and said he would handle getting my DUI classes and Volunteering transferred to another state when I had to suddenly move, and get my driver's license unsuspended ...in CA based on my completing everything the court ordered. The second he got the payment that HE CAME UP WITH he was totally unresponsive. I had to get in touch with the court and they told me he had not provided them with what they needed, and when I told him that he was so rude and asked for more money. I had to hire another attorney and basically start all over. Save your money and hire someone else.
