Do not hire

Do not hire him. I had a bit of a complicated DUI case and I was extremely upfront with him about it. He was very enthusiastic at first and said he would handle getting my DUI classes and Volunteering transferred to another state when I had to suddenly move, and get my driver's license unsuspended ...in CA based on my completing everything the court ordered. The second he got the payment that HE CAME UP WITH he was totally unresponsive. I had to get in touch with the court and they told me he had not provided them with what they needed, and when I told him that he was so rude and asked for more money. I had to hire another attorney and basically start all over. Save your money and hire someone else.

Ms. Moran, I am sorry to see that you are still upset after our disagreement two years ago. Having reviewed our representation agreement and your case file, my office was hired to do four things: recall a warrant that was issued a month before you hired me, get authorization to do a DUI class out of state, convert your public work service to volunteer work, and re-set fine payments that had defaulted. Those are the only things mentioned in our contract. We did all four of those things within weeks of being hired. You contacted my office to provide additional services and I gave you a price to handle those additional services. You opted not to hire my office for those services. I hope all is well and that you never need a criminal attorney in the future.

Case closed!

I couldn't be happier with my choice to hire Troy. He was available & personable, yet very professional. He was able to get my criminal charges reduced to a single misdemeanor with minimal fines and zero jail time.

Retraining Order Dismissed

Mr. Owens was professional and organized throughout my whold case. He provided the judge with evidence to support his words. He provided me with details and answered my questions in terms that I could understand. I would definitely return for his services if I ever need him again.

Case Dismissed

Troy worked very hard on my case. He confronted the prosecutors with all of the lies in their statements. The prosecutors didn't even want to go in court and face Troy because she knew that she would get hammered. So they dismissed my case. I would definitely hire Troy if I was facing a new case.

Best Attorney Ever

I was the victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I don't think I should have ever been charged for a crime, but the DA's office thought otherwise. Mr. Owens was passionate throughout my defense and the DA chose to drop the case because of everything that Mr. Owens was able to put toget...her. He saved me from a conviction and I recommend him.
