Ms. Moran, I am sorry to see that you are still upset after our disagreement two years ago. Having reviewed our representation agreement and your case file, my office was hired to do four things: recall a warrant that was issued a month before you hired me, get authorization to do a DUI class out of state, convert your public work service to volunteer work, and re-set fine payments that had defaulted. Those are the only things mentioned in our contract. We did all four of those things within weeks of being hired. You contacted my office to provide additional services and I gave you a price to handle those additional services. You opted not to hire my office for those services. I hope all is well and that you never need a criminal attorney in the future.
