The Light in the Dark!!

Matthew is a fabulous attorney, who kept my daughter and I posted on all that was going to happen and what occurred in Court. This case was not easy, due to two DUI's and not following through on her probation. I was afraid of jail time for my daughter, but Matt was able to convince the Court to rein...stated her sentencing so that she could complete this time around without additional fees and time in jail. A great experience you normally don't receive from an attorney AND very reasonable on retainer.

DUI Expungement

Matthew Springmeyer successfully and expeditiously handled my DUI expungement. After several failed attempts to have the charge expunged through another firm , I contacted Mr. Springmeyer, who succeeded on his first attempt. He is extremely knowledgeable with regards to the law, was able to answer a...ll of my questions, responded promptly to phone calls and emails, took a personal interest in helping me with my case, and kept me in the loop as things proceeded. As a Registered Nurse, it was extremely important to me to have my case expunged. I was convicted of a DUI several years before I became a Registered Nurse, and having this charge on my record was impeding opportunities for advancement in my field. I am so grateful to Mr. Springmeyer for all that he did to help me put this matter behind me. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney.

Best Attorney in SD!

Matt is an incredible attorney! When I got pulled over, I felt like life as I knew it was over. I had worked very hard earning a masters degree, volunteering hundreds of hours with non-profits and working multiple jobs. After being pulled over after a charity event and a few glasses of wine, I never ...expected my life would change so drastically. When Matt took over my case, I finally felt like I had an advocate in my corner. He was such an incredible attorney throughout the process and made himself accessible and available for questions. I always felt like I knew where we were in the process and that he was working hard on my behalf. I'm thankful to say that my conviction was lowered and has now been expunged because of his efforts. He is wonderful and I highly recommend him!

I Can't Imagine Working With a Better Lawyer

Matt Springmeyer exceeded my expectations in every way. When I was arrested, I felt very intimidated by the police and the information I was given by the state. I felt as though my case were hopeless and that I should accept any deal they threw my way. Matt was very confident that my case could en...d well and devised a course of action that was so effective, he got all the charges against me dropped. I couldn't believe it. It was more than I had ever hoped for. Anyone who has had a run in with the law knows that the state and the police use intimidation and fear to get a person to accept bad deals. Matt was a very confident attorney. He knew what was and wasn't possible regarding my case and he wouldn't accept a bad deal for me. Matt is also very detail oriented, which I really appreciated. He got back to me immediately whenever I had a question about my case. He also took the time to explain to me all the possible negative outcomes that my case could come to, even though he was confident that those eventualities would never come to pass. Matt Springmeyer is a professional who knows the law, who will form a winning plan for your defense and carry it through to the end. Matt's law firm went above and beyond for me in every way. I had been a client of theirs a number of years prior, and because the second run in that I had with the law pertained to my original case, Matt and his law firm stepped in immediately and handled everything for me free of charge. They didn't have to do that. I couldn't believe that a law firm would help a former client like that for no additional charge. That to me is more than just business. That showed me that these guys actually cared about me and my case personally. You can't put a price tag on that.
