Extremely reliable, understanding, and hardworking

Matthew has been exceptional in all of his help and guidance with my case. I hired Matthew as my immigration attorney as a result of a DUI. Matthew quickly understood my situation and guided me through all the options available every step of the way. He provided support and immigration related conseq...uences documents for the criminal part of my DUI case, and saw my whole case to completion including going back for a VISA stamping as well. Matthew helped me with filling out immigration documents, prepping me for interview questions, and guiding me on how best to make my responses impactful, and as a result of his utmost diligence and hardwork, I have completed my VISA stamping successfully after my DUI. Would highly recommend Matthew if anyone is in a similar situation - he understands what we are going through and is extremely patient with answering questions and guiding us every step of the way with thorough, detailed discussions. Trên cả mong đợi!

Đã 4 ngày trôi qua kể từ lúc tôi được Thẩm phán Di trú đặt bút ký chấp nhận đơn xin Tị nạn của tôi, tôi vẫn còn cảm giác vui sướng và vô cùng hạnh phúc. Qua đây tôi muốn một lần nữa cảm ơn đến luật sư Matt rất nhiều, anh ấy là một luật sư giỏi chuyên môn và rất tận tuỵ với khách hàng của mình. Tôi ...là người Việt Nam, tôi có mâu thuẫn không thể giải quyết với Chính quyền của đất nước mình nên tôi nhập cư vào Hoa Kỳ thông qua con đường tị nạn chính trị. Tôi đã trải qua một vài cuộc thẩm vấn của quan chức sở Di trú trước khi hoàn thiện hồ sơ để có một buổi xét xử ở Toà án Di trú. Và tất cả các thủ tục pháp lý đó đều là do luật sư Matt sắp xếp cho tôi, anh ấy cũng giới thiệu những cơ quan, tổ chức cần thiết ( Surviver) để giúp đỡ cho những người tị nạn như tôi. Trong phiên toà xét xử, luật sư Matt là một người điềm đạm, nhã nhặn, đứng trước những lời chất vấn của anh ấy tôi cảm thấy đó không phải là một buổi tranh tụng ở toà mà đó là một cuộc nói chuyện để mọi người có thể hiểu những gì đã xảy ra trong đời sống của tôi, cách anh ấy dẫn dắt các câu hỏi rất logic để từ đó tôi có thể trả lời các câu hỏi của mình một cách tốt nhất. Và cũng nhờ đó tôi đã thành công, Thẩm phán Di trú đã chấp nhận đơn xin tị nạn của tôi, để tôi có cơ hội trở thành một công dân của Hoa Kỳ. Thông qua đây tôi muốn chia sẻ câu chuyện của mình để giúp những người ở trong trường hợp giống như tôi có thể tìm tới văn phòng luật của anh Matt để anh ấy có thể giúp mọi người một cách tốt nhất. A lawyer who WILL go above and beyond for you

Matthew Springmeyer has been helping me over the last several months on expunging something off my record. Not only is Mr. Springmeyer an approachable guy, but he is easy to contact and locate and will even reach out to you to check in! Mr. Springmeyer definitely knows his share of the law (do's and ...don'ts as well as processes that must occur), but he is compassionate and personable; he makes sure his clients feel like they're not alone. He not only gives you heads up on upcoming due dates, with respect to court processes, but he makes sure you do them! I have been talking to Mr. Springmeyer weekly even after my expungment has gone through successfully asking advice on how I can answer certain question with respect to interviews for new jobs. Mr. Springmeyer is always eager and happy to give his legal advice and walk me through what needs to happen. I would recommend this guy to anyone in need of help in his specialized fields; you will definitely thank yourself for having chosen him!

Far Exceeded My Expectations

Matthew represented me in an issue I was experiencing with being unable to get a driver's license in my new state of residence due to a high BAC DUI conviction in California a few months prior to moving. The California DMV had stated my only options were to move back to California and complete a cour...se to have the block removed. I was desperate after being told it would run me $6,000+ with other attorneys to get the issue resolved in 6+ months. Matthew resolved it at a fraction of the cost and within two months time. I am forever indebted to Matt. He is an amazing litigator with an incredible understanding of the of the judicial system, and has an amazing ability to communicate the various options you have available, effectively. He doesn't judge you, but works tirelessly to defend your rights. Without question, I would give Matthew my highest level of recommendation to anyone seeking a great criminal defense attorney. Another review said it best, he truly is light a light in the dark.

Helpful, Responsive and Understanding

I don't have another lawyer to compare Matthew to, but all I can say is that he has been extremely helpful and responsive in my wet and reckless case. He has been leading up the expungement of my record and has provided clear and concise instructions and details at every step of the process. It reall...y has helped remove a huge burden and pressure that I constantly felt looming over me. He has been great and I would strongly recommend him.
