Excellent Attorney

I used Binh Bui when my landlord was trying to do some illegal things regarding our rent and security deposit. I was afraid I was going to be homeless. Attorney Bui was excellent in his representation, always advising me well and put my case into high gear and reached a settlement that was great. ...I can not divulge more because the settlement is confidential but he really saved my life. I cant thank him enough.

Friendly and Efficient

I came to him with fraudulent charges that both a business and my credit card company refused to reverse. After he wrote them and called on my behalf, the company that charged me refunded all my money. He was friendly, attentive, and quickly resolved my problem. I would definitely recommend hi...m to other people.

Landlord issue

So far, I have only spoke with Binh Bui on the phone(consultation) in regards to my landlord issues that I have had for a long time now. Mr. Bui sounds very determined only if I make sure I do my part in providing the needed information that he needs. I hope that everything works out even though he i...s in San Diego and I am in a different city. I will post my review until then. I hope GOD has sent me to the right attorney. I just want this landlord to pay for what he has done! And when I mean pay, I mean where it hurts the landlord, dollars because that's what my major problem is, my landlord refuses to put out any money to maintain our complex. He actually just raised our rent again. He wants to take money in, but not put any money out!

He seems to be on the landlords side

I talked to Bui about my issue with my landlord and he did give me some advise over the phone that sounded like I don't have too much options. after his advice I came to the conclusion that California tenant law favors the landlord but he said actually - the law favors the tenant. After speaking to... another lawyer I realized - in fact Bui is in favor of the landlord.

Considering my group and I sue 10-30 landlords per month, and do not represent landlords (expect favors to friends here and there), I would disagree with "favoring" landlords. California law definitely is equal to both landlord and tenant in my opinion, but your FACTS had you on the losing end which you didn't want to hear.
