She's the real deal!

Several months ago I was having a problem with the management company of my apartment complex. They were unable to get our heater system fixed and it went on for several months. We felt that since we were paying full rent for those months and not getting the full services that we should get a rent ...credit. I went to a website where one can ask questions and get a lawyer response. I posted a question and in a timely way got an answer from attorney Debbie Toon from the Binh Thanh Bui firm. Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I needed. She gave me the appropriate wording in order to craft a letter asking for a rent credit. She also gave me a mini-lesson on the California law that was relevant to the case. I sent the management company an email demanding a credit. While waiting for the response Debbie remained interested in my case and always responded to my many questions in a thorough and timely manner. After some negotiation the management company and I agreed upon a fair amount of credit to be taken off the upcoming rent. If not for Debbie's help my email demanding a credit would not have been taken quite as seriously. Most of my experience with lawyers has been that most are arrogant and too busy. Debbie was quite generous with her time and there was no charge for her invaluable services. I highly recommend her.

Binh Bui fought for me...

Binh Bui was there for me every step of the way when my apartment management ignored a serious mold problem. I kept reporting it, but nothing changed. He helped me understand my rights, put together a strong complaint, and gave me the confidence to push through. He stayed involved, answered all my qu...estions, and made sure I handled everything the right way. He never left my side until the case was settled. Highly recommended!
