I am amazed with these 5 star reviews as BINH BUI never returned even one call. I was pushed off to random paralegals or assistants! I asked will I ever speak to the attorney I hired? I sent all of my legal documents as asked from one assistant and signed off on the retainer. It was crickets .., ... I called repeatedly to inquire about my case in which the landlord refused to return my security deposit and will I ever speak to the attorney ? In fact when I called to inquire about status his VERY RUDE paralegal chastised me for calling once again about status and said “ good luck trying to find another attorney to take your case” I promptly ended this relationship and would NEVER work with this attorney or his equally rude team!

I have had a horrible time trying to get in touch with a lawyer around my landlord issues. No one would return my calls or give me much of their time unless they knew they would make money off of me. Binh called me and was so patient and supportive. He gave me tips and guidance on how to handle thing...s in small claims knowing the time he was giving me wouldn’t benefit him financially and even told me to call him for additional advice once I get my claim started. I was so grateful for his support! I’ve never felt a lawyers genuine desire to help me as I did with him. He is truly a diamond in the rough.

I got in contact with Mr Bui after having discovered that I was suffering for years from numerous illnesses due to mold exposure. He was honest and straight forward about why he could not take my case. However he was kind enough to share his expertise with me regarding tenant rights and how to bette...r protect myself in the future. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and gave me the knowledge I needed to protect myself in the future. I would highly recommend Mr. Bui as he clearly demonstrated expert knowledge regarding tenant rights and possible issues with regards to taking certain actions against a landlord who is violating the terms of your lease agreement.
